Kandra Kilbert is a workplace investigator, HR strategist, and the founder of The C.O.D.E. Agency — a firm built on one belief: that clarity is the most powerful thing you can bring into a broken workplace.
With over 14 years of experience and the SHRM Workplace Investigation Specialty credential, Kandra has conducted more than 500 investigations, helped organizations avoid millions in legal exposure, and trained hundreds of leaders who were promoted without the tools to actually lead.
She built The C.O.D.E. Agency because she kept seeing the same patterns. Organizations managing people problems informally until they became legal ones. Managers leading without a playbook. Minority women absorbing harm in silence because no one taught them they had options.
